Shipping Policy

For orders placed before 13:00 we aim to ship on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays ship the next working day.

Our standard delivery service is 1-3 working days.

Delivery is free when you spend over £50. Under £50, delivery is £3.95. (GB).

Delivery to Northern Ireland has a flat shipping fee of £14.47 on a 3-5 working day service. Free postage on purchases £200 or more.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns process is simple & free

Only goods purchased directly from Red Kite or Matalan can be returned to us.

To avoid delays with processing your return, please place your delivery paperwork inside your item when returning to us.

Had a change of mind?

We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted item returned to us within 28 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges), when returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Faulty products

We will happily refund or exchange any Red Kite item purchased at www.redkitebaby.co.uk that develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days of delivery. We will repair or replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 28 days of delivery and within the 12 month guarantee period. There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

Returning yourself by post

To return an item you may also use your local postal service at your own cost. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and obtain a proof of postage receipt.
